   Proposal Description:
   <textarea name="description" rows="12" cols="85" wrap="virtual" readonly>Goals are:    A. Identify various trajectories in the cognitive and functional course of Alzheimer's Disease (AD) and thereby provide a more granular picture of  outcome.                                                                          B. Identify biological, sociocultural and clinical factors that may affect type of trajectories.  C. Explore any additive and interactive effects of predictors in determining trajectories.  D. Use data based on these trajectories and predictor variables as evidence to support possibility of various subtypes of AD.                                    E. Use findings to assist researchers and provide clinicians with data that can be used to predict patient prognosis and to provide more individualized, targeted care                                                                     2) Specific objectives are to identify trajectories of AD, and their predictors in order to potentially create Prognostic nomogram </textarea>
